András has over a decade of experience advising clients on sensitive regulatory, reputational and political challenges, with a focus on the broader Emerging Europe region. His expertise spans political and regulatory risk analysis, stakeholder engagement and strategic communications.
Before founding Millennium, he worked at The Economist Intelligence Unit and Oxford Analytica, and led Eastern European operations at Sastre Consulting. He holds a degree from the London School of Economics and a PhD from Central European University. He speaks English, Hungarian, Russian, Spanish, German and French, with basic Ukrainian.
Barnabás specialises in political and regulatory risk analysis, stakeholder engagement, coalition development and strategic messaging. He draws on deep knowledge of EU institutions and regional dynamics to help clients navigate politically and reputationally complex challenges across Emerging Europe and the EU.
Before co-founding Millennium, he spent nearly a decade in the European public sector, working at the intersection of political analysis, policy development and strategic communications. He holds a degree from the University of Exeter and speaks Hungarian, English, Russian and Spanish, with working knowledge of Romanian and French.
