Andras Radnoti has over a decade of experience helping clients navigate sensitive regulatory, reputational, and political challenges. His expertise includes political and regulatory risk analysis, stakeholder engagement, and strategic influence operations, with a focus on the broader Emerging Europe region.
Before founding Millennium, Andras worked at The Economist Intelligence Unit and Oxford Analytica, and led Eastern European operations at Sastre Consulting. He holds a degree from the London School of Economics and a PhD from Central European University. He speaks English, Hungarian, Russian, Spanish, German, and French, and basic Ukrainian.
Barnabás Mester

Barnabas Mester specialises in political and regulatory risk intelligence, stakeholder
engagement, coalition development, and strategic messaging. He leverages his deep
knowledge of EU institutions and regional dynamics to help clients navigate politically sensitive and reputationally complex challenges across Emerging Europe and the EU.
Before co-founding Millennium, Barnabas spent nearly a decade in the European public sector, working at the intersection of political analysis, policy development, and strategic
communications. He holds a degree from the University of Exeter and speaks Hungarian,
English, Russian, and Spanish, with working knowledge of Romanian and French.
